Why a press

Squeezing water is cheap. Boiling it is not.

Evaporating a kilo of water costs ~0.63 kWh of gas, every load, every day. Squeezing it out first costs a fraction of that.
Hydraulics built for shifts: circuits, seals, valves and sequencing designed and machined in the same plant that assembles the press.
Cake handling matched to your line: the press talks to the tunnel upstream and the dryers downstream, so cakes never queue.
Our software, our PLC: pressing curves tuned to your linen mix, not a generic cycle.

Honest scope: a press earns its keep in plants running a tunnel washer or serious daily tonnage. If your volumes do not justify one, we will say so and you have lost two minutes.
