Flatwork ironers · United Kingdom

Flatwork ironers that
hold heat across the width.

Rigid fixed-chest STIRON ironers heated by closed-circuit diathermic oil, fired on gas, diesel or LPG. Even heat transfer edge to edge, at the speed of the feeders upstream and the folders downstream, not fighting them.

Machined fixed chest of a STIRON flatwork ironer
The chest, machined in our own shop. Where evenness of heat starts.

Why the chest matters

Linen quality is decided by heat you cannot see.

Honest scope: industrial flatwork lines for serious daily tonnage. Small roller ironers for launderettes are not our trade, and we will say so rather than quote you for the wrong machine.

How it works

Three steps to a figure in writing.

  1. Tell us what you run. Daily flatwork tonnage, widths, what feeds and folds around the ironer today.
  2. The factory sizes the line. Chest, rolls, burner and speeds specified by the engineers who design the machine.
  3. You get a proposal in writing. The machines, the figure and the install plan, before you commit.

Ironer tired but the frame is good? A revamp renews chest, drives, burners and controls on the frame you own.

Next step

Is the ironer holding the line?

Tell us what you run. We reply as soon as we can, and the technical questions go straight to the factory engineers.
