Not our trade: domestic machines, cabinet machines under about 30 kg, launderettes, dry cleaning. If that is what you have, a general commercial laundry engineer will be faster and cheaper, and we will say so straight away rather than send you an invoice.

How it works

Three steps, no van until step three.

You describe the fault. Machine, make, model, what it is doing, any code on the panel.
We diagnose it with the factory. Your questions go to the engineers who design and build this class of machine. Often that names the failed part before anyone travels.
You get a figure in writing. What it is, what it takes, what it costs, and the date we can be there. Before you commit.

We take on a small number of jobs, which is why we ask what the machine is before we say yes. We are not a national breakdown fleet: if you need somebody through the door by nine tomorrow, a firm with an engineer twenty minutes away is the right call, and we will tell you so.
