Laundry folding machines · United Kingdom

Folding at the speed
of your ironer.

Any serious line can iron the tonnage. What caps your output is what happens next: folders queueing, stackers waiting, towels done by hand. RAPTOR flatwork folding lines, APACHE towel folders and KYLVEL small-piece folding run on one control logic, at the pace of the machines upstream.

The machines

Three machines, one control logic.

Folded and stacked linen at the end of the line
The end of the line: folded, stacked, trolley-ready.

Honest scope: industrial folding for laundries with real daily tonnage. If a folder would sit idle behind your ironer, we will say so rather than sell you one.

How it works

Three steps to a figure in writing.

  1. Tell us what you fold today. Flatwork, towels, small pieces, and what the ironer feeds them.
  2. The factory sizes the line. Folder, towel folder, small-piece line and stackers specified by the engineers who design them.
  3. You get a proposal in writing. The machines, the figure and the install plan, before you commit.

Folder fine but the ironer is the bottleneck? Start from the ironer: the folder can only fold what arrives.

Next step

Is folding your bottleneck?

Tell us what you run. We reply as soon as we can, and the technical questions go straight to the factory engineers.
